In addition to receiving the alerts by email, premium subscribers also have access to the website which showcases the current and previous trades.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept credit card payments through Stripe and Paypal. In special situations, we do accept Western Union, wire transfers, or personal checks.
What is the billing process? When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed according to your subscription term. You are billed either by calendar month for monthly subscriptions, every three months for quarterly subscriptions, every six months for special six month subscriptions, or annually for yearly subscriptions from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service. Your subscription will automatically renew unless we receive written notice to cancel.
Can I switch subscriptions? No, you cannot switch subscriptions. You can cancel one subscription that you no longer wish to keep and start a new subscription with the other service. We cannot make this switch for you internally. You will have to manually cancel one and join the other. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. You will still need to send us an email to cancel out your previous recurring subscription to prevent any double billing.
What is the cancellation policy? Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, we recommend a written request. You can do so by emailing us at support@thetrdingprofitcom The Trading Profit is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
What is the refund policy? The Trading Profit does not issue refunds for their products and services at this time. In special unforeseen circumstances where we are not able to deliver the alerts due to technical issues on our end, we will honor refunds. Special promotions or limited time offers are also not refund eligible.

How do the promo code discounts work?
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment (for example: the first year or the first month). The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service.
Can I freeze my account? If you decide to freeze your account, you will have the maximum of 3 months out of the year to return and resume your monthly rate. To freeze your account, please send in a written request to email@example.com.
Does The Trading Profit grandfather in old subscription rates? The Trading Profit appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. Those grandfathered in will still receive their alerts by email but will not have access to the added upgrades that premium subscribers receive. However, if an account lapses over 30 days the customer will need to re-purchase at current prices.
Is there a free trial for subscriptions? No, there is not a free trial for subscriptions but most of our subscriptions have a $7 two week trial.
TRIAL PERIOD POLICY
The trial period is designed as an introduction to our services. If you have already received a trial period from us for a certain strategy – then you are no longer eligible for a repeat of this promotion for the same strategy. You can however partake in trial periods of other strategies but cannot repeat trial periods. Anyone caught breaking this rule will have their subscriptions cancelled immediately and they will no longer be welcome in the service.
